What A Car!!!

Well, I know it's interesting car and picture!

Good idea for desert travelers!

I just received it by an e-mail long ago!

But my question here is:

Isn't this car has Oman's number…look closer to it!!

Am I right
or
I just lost my skill of noticing?!
